Feature of Low Foaming PVC Skirting
Development and universal use of PVC low sparking skirting boards experienced four stages,
1.PVC low sparking printing period,flat extrusion,mold heating after printing,shaped after folding and the underside connecting to soft strip.It's formed by two sets of molds' extrusion together.
2.After the extrusion of the skirting boards,the surface is covered with various color of PVC wood facing by method of cold glue adhering.The back has grooves and PVC clips matched for installation.
3.After the extrusion of the skirting boards,PVC clips still be used when installed,but the surface no longer PVC film adhered but wood veneer facing processed by hot rolling printing technology,commonly known as "integrative skirting board".
4.Hot Pressing technology period,through special designed extrusion mold,from the back-end mouth of the mold the thicker,wearable and high temperature resistant PVC film joints together with the main material.Under the high temperature and hot pressure,the PVC film and the main material integrate well and extruded out from the front-end of the mold.Such hot pressing technology needn't any glue for sticking.The principle is to make two same materials joint together under high temperature and hot pressure,both green and exceptional firm.
